Lindsay Lohan Dresses up as Madonna, Converts to Judaism

American star Lindsay Lohan is seen in the pages of the April, 2009 issue of Glamour magazine dressed as the 1984 version of pop star Madonna, at the height of her “Like a Virgin” phase. Dressed all in white, Lohan piled on the bangle bracelets and beads to recreate Madonna’s performance of “Like a Virgin” at the 1984 MTV Video Music Awards.

Lohan also says, via Facebook, that she is converting from Catholicism to Judaism, which is the religion of her girlfriend Samantha Ronson. A week ago, Lohan attended the London bar mitzvah of Ronson’s brother Joshua Ronson at the Westminster Synagogue in south Kensington.

After the bar mitzvah, Lohan posed for photographs standing beneath the synagogue sign whilst carrying a Chanel handbag.

Other Hollywood names known or thought to be converting to Judaism include Leonardo DiCaprio, whose girlfriend is Jewish, and Ivanka Trump, who is converting before marrying businessman Jared Kushner.

Well I don't understand why people always have to do what Madonna does.
If she really is a lesbian (which I don't believe) then there is no sense in converting to judaism. She should be an atheist then or believe in some other religion. I don't get it, just a cheap Madonna copy.

what do you think? i mean it is not even about the dress anymore, she now converts to judaism, which is something madonna related once again and THAT is what i don't understand about the whole thing. isn't she supposed to be a lesbo?

Lindsay is a Madonna fan too. I personally don't care much for Lindsay, but I don't think it's her copying Madonna, I think it's more her showing homage to her. Almost like a thank you for what you've done for the music industry. I like the pictures, she doesn't like half bad.

I don't know with LiLo anymore.. all of it is probably a publicity stunt. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt though, and if she is serious, and believes in Judaism, then I say let her do what she feels is right for her.

maybe she just wants to have her fashion in time... because madonna has always the right style, lindsay is copying her to be on the safe side
